Revered art and antiques fair checks in for its annual showing

The ever cherished Antiques & Art at the Armory show is pulling out all stops this year with the best of everything in gift giving and home decoration as well as a not-to-be-missed Designer Breakfast Panel and two lectures by the Royal Oak Foundation.

The show is a splendid array of antique English and American silver, contemporary and vintage jewelry, furniture from Sweden, England and America, porcelains, rare books, antique rugs, Russian antiquities, and objets d’art for varying tastes and price points. Over fifty dealers from around the globe include Art of the Past, FraMont, Jeffrey Winter Fine Art, Antique American Wicker, Daniels Antiques, European Decorative Arts, The Hunt Gallery, Stephen Kalms Antique Silver, Michael Pashby Antiques, Santos – London, and Earle Vandekar of Knightsbridge, to name a few.

New West Hollywood gallery opens its doors with a showing of two cutting-edge artists

Back in September, Martin & Lozano Gallery opened its doors on Robertson Boulevard. Its inaugural show features the work of the gallery’s two namesakes, Christopher H. Martin and Kandy Lozano.

Based out of Texas, Martin has achieved international recognition for his creations. His vibrant, acrylic‐on‐acrylic abstracts fuse lush colors and movement, forming expressions of nature. He also creates inspirational, metallic filmwork of artistically enhanced images.
